How CrowdScout distinguishes its work from football data, names, marks and provider assets.
CrowdScout material
CrowdScout-created branding, software, page design, explanatory content and original rating outputs may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Match Simulator or its licensors. Publication on the website does not by itself grant a general dataset or commercial reuse licence.
Third-party material
Football data may originate from Sportmonks. Player, team and league names, club marks and crests, flags, and other provider assets may belong to their respective owners. Display does not transfer ownership to CrowdScout. Club images are currently served from Sportmonks-hosted URLs and flags from Flagpedia-hosted URLs.
CrowdScout is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by football clubs, leagues, governing bodies, game publishers or other rights holders unless explicitly stated.

Send a sufficiently detailed copyright or trademark concern to [email protected]. Include the work or mark, the CrowdScout location concerned, your relationship to the rights holder and a reliable contact method. Match Simulator will review the report and may restrict material while it investigates. Exact provider attribution and licence requirements remain subject to contract and rights review.
